Parachute and pilot bag?

I have this Japanese parachute and what I believe is a pilots bag. Can anyone tell me what chute this is ? It doesnt look like any that i have seen in pictures .There is also a backpack that looks like it is connected to parachuting. Also in the bag was the envelope containing two wooden sticks that look like rulers except there are no numbers on them, only scribed lines. THere is also a very nice Nambu holster. There are other items but this is enough for now. If anyone knows an approximate value for any of these items
