M1 CARBINES SOLD OUT. The CMP is now sold out of M1 carbines except for the few we will still be selling on our auction program. At this time, we have no reason to expect to receive more.

Last I heard there were 30,000 of them sitting in storage in South Korea that the Government want's to sell. Perhaps the CMP ought to ask around a bit.

Here I go violating my own rule about staying clear of gun politics, but word has it that CMP did ask about those Korean M1s All the CMP powers that be were told to "MYOB and stay out of it." Have to ask yourself. Who is on our side Right? That being said I revert back to my golden rule of staying out of the Gun Politics
