    Not sure if this is the right place, but stumbled across a few guns for sale and was hoping for some feedback. If this is the wrong place, please delete. From what I can tell, it's all matching, but I'm not sure if it's been sanded or force matched.

    It is in the wrong place, but I will let it stay until you get feed back....

    Stock looks refinished to me.....

    Notice the smoothed edges on the bolt handle cut out on the stock.
    That looks sanded to me. The edges should be crisp, distinct

    The minor damage suggest the wood would not look so clean

    Yeah, sanded/refinished stock. It isn't ruined completely, but needs resto work to look better. Probably worth picking up if it's cheap enough, like 8-900 IMO.
