    I'll wait until I can see it up close / a gentle cleaning should not hurt much....

    Gun came in . It's a little rough BUT!!!!

    It is Polish, It will clean up pretty good and IT HAS KRU rework stamp on stock.

    I'll post photos after I clean the 70 years of filth off.

    These arsenal builds are especially interesting, the z reportedly stands for zbrojownia or arsenal and stand in contrast to Radom that also reworked or rebuilt x-German service rifles. These z-builds are scarcer than the Radom jobs, cruder and probably done earlier by Warsawa considering what little I can trend from the variations.

    If Dave could do a detailed examination of the rifle it would be very helpful, especially if the stock is original, which they almost never are.

    Metal is soaking now to remove as much crud as possible without ruining it. Stock has a nasty crack that I will glue back together. I will clean only the easily removable dirt from stock.

    Probably 2 weeks to get it ready to photo....
