    Such a rare rifle too meet such a fate. And its matching too plus a very early made one as well. Thanks bubba! Perfect example of seeing a $4000-$5000 rifle turned into $300 rifle.

    I agree, this is a true disaster, - an extraordinarily rare date of an elusive variation, easily worth thousands of dollars, now ruined.

    From the days when those of us who collected old surplus military rifles were looked upon by "REAL" collectors as bottom feeders., dealing in junk ......
