    Default GOA vs NRA

Gun Owner's of America has filed a complaint to thwart the NRA backed bump stock ban with no legislation, seeking an injunction on multiple grounds - using regulation to override law, taking with no compensation, no due process, as well as the faulty logic in classification. There are at least two other suits that have got some reporting filed in different districts. This was pretty interesting reading as it lays out the many years of history on the stocks and ATF commentary, actions. Regrettably, the exhibits referenced in the text were not included.... numerous classification letters, internal e-mails, a retired ATF employee allegedly lobbying the acting director to override the technology branch, etc.

    Default UPDATE

Another brief from GOA. Since the gun lobby cannot find an anti-trump judge in the rapid manner in which the immigration activists do, this is will be prolonged enough to do its damage. Anyway - another shot at undoing NRA/Trump/Sessions constitution bashing in the form of ban via regulation. The NRA is finally suffering the consequences of Wayne's cashing in, but about two years too late.
