    Default Argentine Mauser Model 1909

Here is my new Model 1909 Argentine Mauser. All numbers on the rifle match, the bayonet matches the sheath, but does not match the frog and neither match the rifle. Rifle was manufactured in 1910, what else can you tell me about it?

I have an Argentine sniper that was done by Germans near or after the first war. I was told that Germans did 1,500 at the end of WW1 on the sneak. Like yours, mine looks like new. It is one of the first 500, apparently. I was told the other thousand were made after the 500, and those were 'finished'. Mine has the bayonet, looks like new, never fired, at least never fired by me in 50 years. Sepp44
